What is Charms?

Charms is an online program that we use to stay organized and keep everyone informed. Here are a few things that you can find on Charms:

• Calendar. ALL band events are put on the Charms calendar. The Charms calendar is also on the home page of this web site, and you can import the calendar into your smart phone's calendar as well.

• Handouts and Files. Music and drill documents for band programs will be posted here, as well as booster minutes and other documents.

• Finances. Check to see: What's going on with your SIA ...how much you owe, ...how much you were credited from that last fundraiser/Scrip order, ...when the next payment is due, ...how many more "All Hands on Deck" events you need to do (listed as a "volunteer opt-out payment"), ...and make a payment for the next band fee online via Pay Pal. HERE is help to make sense of the financial info.

• Student Info. Update all of your band student's personal info here. If you changed emails or phone number, make sure this area gets updated. Add/edit the parent/guardian info here as well.

• Band Awards. Carroll Bands uses a points system for awarding Letters, Chevrons and Patches for Letter Jackets. This area lets you know what the student has been awarded.
